Terms and Conditions for Website Building Services

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between MacsProGrafix ("Service Provider") and the Client ("Client") for website design services. By purchasing any of the website design packages listed below, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

• Starter Website – $299

  • 1 Page Website / Landing Page

    • ($99 for each additional page)

  • Photo Enhancement Services

  • Web Content and SEO Development

  • Free Domain Registration (1 Year)

  • Free Web Hosting & Maintenance (1 Year)

• Website Bundle – $499

  • 3 Pages: Home Page, Service Page, Contact Us Page

    • ($99 for each additional page)

  • Photo Enhancement Services

  • Web Content and SEO Development

  • Free Domain Registration (1 Year)

  • Free Web Hosting & Maintenance (1 Year)

• E-commerce Bundle – $899

  • 5-7 Pages: Home Page, Product Pages, Contact Us Page

  • Photo Enhancement Services

  • Stripe / PayPal Setup

  • Web Content and SEO Development

  • Free Domain Registration (1 Year)

  • Free Web Hosting & Maintenance (1 Year)

• Landing Page – $199

  • 1 Pages: Home Page, Product Pages, Contact Us Page

    • ($99 for each additional page)

  • Photo Enhancement Services

  • Stripe / PayPal Setup

  • Web Content and SEO Development

  • Domain Registration not included

2. Payment Terms

• You will need to make a full payment before the project begins.

• Payments are non-refundable once the project begins.

• Additional features or pages beyond the package’s scope will incur extra fees, billed at $75 per page.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide all necessary materials (e.g., content, images, branding information) within the timeline specified by MacsProGrafix.

• The Client is responsible for reviewing drafts and providing timely feedback to avoid delays.

4. Project Timeline

• The estimated project timeline will be shared after purchase, depending on the package selected and the scope of work.

• Delays in providing required materials or approvals may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions and Scope

• Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

• Revision requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Ownership and Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the completed website.

• MacsProGrafix reserves the right to display the completed website in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Hosting and Domain

• Free domain registration and hosting are included for the first year.

• After the first year, the Client will receive a renewal notice for hosting services, billed at the current rate.

• If MacsProGrafix secured the domain on behalf of the Client, domain renewal will also be billed separately on an annual basis.

• Failure to renew hosting or the domain may result in service interruption or loss of the domain name..

8. E-Commerce Setup

• For the E-commerce Bundle, MacsProGrafix will integrate Stripe or PayPal for payment processing.

• The Client is responsible for setting up or providing credentials for payment gateways.

9. Liability

• MacsProGrafix is not responsible for issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting providers, or the Client’s failure to maintain the website after delivery.

• The Client agrees to regularly update the website to ensure functionality and security, especially for e-commerce websites.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• Either party may cancel this Agreement with written notice before project commencement. If the project has already begun, no refunds will be issued.

• If MacsProGrafix cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund will be provided based on work completed.
