Next Steps to Launch Your Website
At MacsProGrafix, we make launching your website simple, professional, and tailored to your brand. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your online presence, our design process ensures you get a clean, modern, and functional site—backed by solid hosting and support.
We’re excited to work with you and bring your vision to life! Follow these steps to begin the website design process:
1. Book Your Consultation
Begin by scheduling your 30-minute consultation. This dedicated time will allow us to review your goals and make sure we’re aligned with your website needs.
2. Complete the New Client Questionnaire
Immediately after booking, you’ll be redirected to complete our New Client Questionnaire. This form gathers important details about your business, brand, and website goals.
You may specify up to three websites in the form. This is especially helpful if you manage multiple entities, such as ministries, businesses, or campaigns.
If you need a new website, you can add a landing page during checkout.
If you're expanding an existing website, you may add webpages to that current site.
Additional landing pages should be added if you're creating multiple distinct websites.
We ask that you complete the questionnaire before your consultation to ensure a focused and productive session.
3. Submit Payment for Your Website Package & Add-Ons
After completing the questionnaire, you’ll be directed to submit payment for your selected website package and any applicable add-ons. This confirms your project and locks in your spot on our design calendar.
4. Consultation & Project Review
During your 30-minute consultation, we’ll review your questionnaire, answer any questions, and provide insights or suggestions to strengthen your site’s impact.
5. Submit Your Content
Following the consultation, you’ll be asked to email your images, logos, and any written content to be included in your website(s). Once received, we’ll begin building your site and provide you with a project timeline for completion.
