MacsProGrafix Creative Solutions Monthly Subscription Terms and Agreement

This Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") is made between MacsProGrafix ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for monthly retainer services, including design and management services tailored for-profit businesses.

1. Services Provided

The Client agrees to subscribe to a monthly retainer plan based on the selected pricing tier, with the following services included:

Subscription: $175/month

• 4 Flyers: Each month, the Client will receive up to 4 custom-designed flyers as requested. These flyers must be requested and used within the given month; any unused flyers will expire at the end of the billing period and will not carry over to the following month.

• Social Media Captions: Captions to accompany each flyer for use on social media platforms.

• Revisions: Up to 3 revisions per flyer. Additional revisions may be requested at an additional fee.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for the monthly subscription is due on the monthly renewal date and must be made through the payment method provided by MacsProGrafix. (Credit/Debit Card, Cashapp)

• Late payments or nonpayment may result in a delay or suspension of services.

3. Revisions and Additional Services

• Each flyer includes up to 3 revisions. If more than 3 revisions are required, an additional fee will apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

• Any requests for services beyond what is included in the monthly retainer (e.g., additional flyers or management services) will be billed separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Either party may cancel this agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Services will continue to be rendered during this period, and payment for the final month will still be due.

• If the Client wishes to cancel add-ons (such as Facebook management or website management), notice must be provided 30 days in advance.

5. Liability

• MacsProGrafix is not responsible for any content posted or shared on the Client's social media accounts or website beyond the scope of the services provided.

• The Client agrees to review and approve all flyers, captions, and content prior to posting or publishing. MacsProGrafix will not be held liable for any errors or omissions after Client approval.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting payment for the monthly retainer, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. This agreement will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
